Are there any other charges other than the monthly price? No, the prices shown on our pricing page are all inclusive.
Can I put more than one person in my office? Yes, simply add $150 per additional person that needs individual, daily access to the space. Anyone coming to the space for periodic meetings and does not require an individual access code does not cost extra.
Do you do daily or hourly rentals? No, we have a smaller space and we want to make sure that our monthly members have access to all amenities. However, our prices are so low, please consider joining as a monthly member and having access whenever you need it.
How do I access the space? Each individual member receives a unique access code.
Can I leave my stuff behind when I leave? Yes, at your own risk and as you are comfortable. We have 24-hour security monitoring in the common areas and an alarm system at night. The only people with access to the space are the members, mailman and cleaning crew.
Can anyone else use my membership? No, anyone needing individual access to the space must be a paying member with their own access code. People coming to the space to meet with members, do not require a membership.
How does the printer word? Simply connect over the network and print. We ask that members please print black and white when possible.
Can I have stuff delivered there? Yes, each member has a cubby in the back for mail.
Does it cost extra to use any amenities like the conference room? No, simply schedule the room using our online scheduler.
